With nearly 20 years’ experience, Parc Catering is Saigon’s foremost catering service.

Our strength is the tailoring of our service to each and every occasion and/or location. We have catered for cocktail parties in the park at the French Consulate, breakfast & tea breaks for Multinational Regional Conferences, going away parties in private homes, large events at RMIT University, film shoots, children’s parties, high-end retail fashion outlet openings, gallery openings, etc.

We take into account multiple factors such as where the event is taking place (Chocolate mousse at an outdoor party? Possibly not…), who will be present (Kids?, Western/Asian guests?, Special diets?, Mixologist?) and whether our client needs other services (trained wait staff, equipment, crockery, transport, sound, etc.).

Our food is a generous mix of French, Italian, Middle Eastern, Mexican, Peruvian, Japanese and Vietnamese dishes, dips, salads and canapés.

We offer Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, South American and Asian delicacies from our partner restaurants so we can create a menu for just any event.
